Thanks for visiting the Granger Village Doctor.  I am accepting new patients. This office is an "ideal micropractice" - for more information on that concept, please visit www.idealmicropractice.org.  Basically, there will be no 'roadblocks' between you and me, just great medical care!  Don't be surprised if I answer the phone or meet you at the front desk.  I will be utilizing electronic medical records keeping your medical records secure and easily accessible.

Established patients: you may use the online scheduler OR call the office to schedule an appointment.

 Copays are a requirement of your insurance company.  Payments may be made by check, cash or credit card in the office. If you do not have insurance, payment is expected in full at the time of the appointment.  To transfer medical records you will need to request this in writing from your previous physician, please send them to: P.O.
